Position: Account Support Officer

Duty Station: Chitwan, Hulak Chowk

Job Description:

  • Stay current with system information and updates regarding company’s product and services.
  • Educate clients on highly technical details using understandable terms to minimize technical challenges.
  • Interact with clients to ensure seamless and continuous provision of accurate information in response to technical inquiries, concerns, and services.
  • Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to clients where necessary regarding training, onsite supports and installation.
  • Redirect problems to appropriate resource.
  • Follow-up on clients to ensure their issues are completely resolved.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of client’s database.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Competent, smart, result-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Communication skill with strong quantitative background.
  • Knowledge of any financial software and experience in co-operative will be of added value.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office Package, Internet.

Education + Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor‘s Degree in Management.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field of Account/Finance is preferable.
