Job Description:
- Ensure implementation of project and track the achievement of the project results in regular time intervals.
- Ensure the partner is in track with project implementations within the available financial resources and time line
- Ensure right message about the project is communicated to all concerned stakeholders by using different communication mediums
- Monitor the quality of project data, cross check for the quality of information, analyse and synthesize the data for the project manager.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination mechanism and diffuse information with the partners on timely manner.
- Develop project staffs capacity on inclusive education for the smooth functioning of project activities.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Education preferably with disability and inclusion exposure
- Experience of mentoring staff and local organization and transferring skills and knowledge.
- Report writing and documentation skills
- Knowledge of education system and disability in Nepal
Education + Experience:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Education or related field
